We closed on a house in Palencia in September and Ana Speziale was our agent. This email is to let Davidson Realty know how pleased we were with the whole process. From start to finish Ana was all over this process. We had a VA loan and it went off in a matter of weeks without a hitch. The whole time we felt we had an advocate protecting our interests. Even now Ana is helping us with little issues that pop up (taxes, deed etc). She is still always available to help us even though we are no longer clients. I do not believe this would have happened as well as it did if not for Ana Speziale. We always hear from the disgruntled people, but rarely get feedback from folks who had a great experience.
