HISTORIC ST. AUGUSTINE
Founded in 1565, St. Augustine is the oldest continuously occupied
settlement of European origin in the United States. Over 2 million
visitors a year come to the city to embrace the rich heritage and
preserved structures. This area includes St. George St.,
Lincolnville, bayfront, and uptown, and is filled with museums,
schools, shopping, and restaurants; offering refined living

ANASTASIA ISLAND & THE BEACHES
St. Augustine's own island, along with the seaside locations of
St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, and Vilano Beach

ST. AUGUSTINE MAINLAND
Just outside of downtown is an area of St. Augustine that is like

from. Mainstream shopping, dining, and entertainment are never far
away and the amenities of downtown and the beaches are just a short
drive. This area includes the South, Shores, 207 and SR16 areas,
